Documenting patient exercises has always been somewhat of a mess. We all know the scene; PTs and PTAs following patients around with a clipboard in hand. If your clinic uses EMR, you are probably used to taking that paper flowsheet, trying to decipher it, and inputting the data into the system. We know this process can be frustrating and cumbersome, so we set out to make paper flowsheets a thing of the past.
This morning we are happy to announce that WebPT has launched a number of new enhanced features and support tools. For this latest release we received suggestions and feature requests from hundreds of our members. We’re very excited to share our updates with all of you!
Earlier this morning thousands of WebPT members were greeted with a number enhanced features and a new color scheme as we improved our system this weekend. Approximately 25 members suggested improvements to our application which we developed and implemented in our latest release!
This year has been a busy one at WebPT and as we near the end of 2011, we’re thankful to our members for helping us improve our system. The WebPT elves were hard at work late Friday night implementing new features and enhancements provided to us with the help of over 25 members.
These past few weeks, the WebPT elves have been hard at work getting ready for our December release. The WebPT Members on Santa’s “Nice” List (which is all of them) will see updates and enhancements in their stockings starting on December 17th. Included in this release are some security enhancements, wrist/hand enhancements, the addition of a patient intake form for those with our Front Office Package, prescription tracking, a Medicare compliance check, and additional referral types.
Move that bus! Ty Pennington may not be coming to build you a new house, but now you can build your own initial exam profiles. At WebPT we’re really pumped to launch this long-awaited feature. Many members have given us their feedback about improving the initial exam (IE) and this was at the top of the list. Starting on November 21st, WebPT Members have access to these new features:
Today we’re excited to share with you our upcoming release of our Pelvic Health Module. We’ve had a lot of our members who specialize in Pelvic Health treatments specifically asking for this feature. We’ve heard your requests and here is our answer! Included in this new module are various outcome measurement tools for Pelvic Health. We’ve also included a Pelvic Health profile that automatically loads in your SOAP notes.
