As a rehab therapist, you’re not putting in the long, hard hours at the clinic for the recognition; you’re doing it because you care about the work you’re doing with your patients and are committed to helping them in their journey to recovery. That said, it does feel good when others recognize the hard work you’ve put in to be the best you can at what you do. And while humility might compel you to downplay your accomplishments, you know that tooting your own horn—at least for a little bit—is a great way to bring in new patients.  

We at WebPT feel much the same way. Our focus is on trying to help rehab therapists achieve greatness in practice—but if we’re getting recognition from others, it must mean we’re doing something right to meet our primary objective.
