You can now reopen, correct, and resubmit failed SOAP 2.0 claims directly from the Analytics Claims Feed Report. No more jumping between screens—just fix the error, hit resubmit, and see the status update to "Claim Resubmitted" instantly.
We’ve overhauled the Missed and Open Notes Report to accurately capture recurring appointments and case mismatches. With new fields like Provider Type and Case ID, it’s easier than ever to ensure every visit is documented and compliant.
Your Online Scheduling calendar now perfectly reflects recurring time blocks from the EMR. This ensures patients can only request appointments during your true available hours, eliminating manual double-booking headaches for your front office.
A required update for our Quick Scan software is arriving next month to keep your eDocs workflow secure and browser-compatible. Please do not attempt to update your driver yet, as installing it early will cause the feature to stop working. Keep an eye out for an email with specific instructions in a few weeks once it is time to install.

The Claims Feed Report is an excellent tool to track the information between the EMR and your integrated billing software or WebPT Billing Services. This legacy report is located under Reports on the left side of the EMR. To view the transmission of information, follow these steps:

If you accidentally Discharged a case prematurely, we recommend creating a new case to continue documentation. Because each case does need an Initial Evaluation, you can add a Placeholder Initial Exam.
If you did a Discharge Summary/ Charged Discharge, you can add an addendum and no-charge that note so it does not count.
We do not recommend re-opening the case if you are continuing to see the patient. Please read this article to see when to Reopen a Discharged Case.
