WebPT is the leading rehab therapy-specific software platform in the United States. Here, you’ll find our company’s branding assets as well as guidelines for how to uphold our visual standards. If you have any questions regarding our branding, please contact us.
Brand Look and Feel
WebPT maintains a clean, simple look for all marketing collateral and branding. Because our audience is the rehab community, we design with a clinical approach—minimalistic with bright, impactful colors.
To uphold this style, copy must be strong and concise. If a designer must reduce font size on body copy below 10 point, a writer should edit it to reduce the amount of copy. Additionally, WebPT designs should never lean toward the kitschy, cheesy, or immature (e.g., potty humor). Advertising can be conversational, light, and even cute, but never unprofessional or overly salesy. Most importantly, though, the messaging and imagery should work hand-in-hand, matching in style and theme.
Company Name Spelling
For the company name, use uppercase “W,” lowercase “eb,” and uppercase “PT.” In some instances, it’s acceptable to use all lowercase or all uppercase.
In advertisements, the messaging and imagery should take priority over the logo size. The size of the logo should never compete with the point of the ad.
In most cases, the preferred WebPT logo is the full-color version on a white background. If the preferred version is unusable, use one of the following alternatives.
In the interest of maintaining brand consistency and integrity, always reproduce the WebPT logo as outlined above. The following are examples of unacceptable usage.
This space around the logo prevents any nearby text, icon elements, or illustrations from interfering with the legibility of the mark.
To ensuring the integrity and legibility of the logo, use a minimum height of 0.125” (or 1/8”) for the logo in non-digital collateral. For digital collateral, the minimum height is 10px.
Here is the full family of acceptable brand colors.
WebPT’s primary typeface is Proxima Nova. We use this font for body copy and most often use Regular and Bold weights. To ensure optimum legibility, avoid Light and lighter weights. If you do not have access to Proxima Nova, use Helvetica Neue as a primary alternative followed by Arial.
WebPT’s secondary typeface is Maven Pro. We use this font for headers, and while it’s available in various weights, we only use Regular.
WebPT uses iconography to visually describe its products and key features. Below is our core set of icons, which represent our 10 products.
To visually describe benefits and concepts for marketing purposes, we use illustrated icons from Google’s Material Design language. Use the outlined version.
