Paul Shuga joined WebPT as Chief Operating Officer in 2022, bringing more than 20 years of operations experience in driving performance improvement and scaling global software and software-enabled service teams. At WebPT, Paul is responsible for overseeing Revenue Cycle Management, Onboarding, Support, and the PMO-Salesforce teams—all with a focus on optimizing the Member experience and ensuring WebPT is prepared for continued growth.Most recently, Paul was Executive Vice President of Global Processes at Teleperformance, a leader in digital-based outsourcing solutions across the globe. Prior to that, Paul served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations at RealPage, Inc., a global provider of software and data analytics services to the real estate industry. In this role, he oversaw all operations (Product Ops teams, Implementations, Support, and Operational Excellence) as well as RealPage's five international locations. Paul began his career serving in the United States Air Force and spent time as a consultant at both McKinsey & Company and COPC, Inc., with a focus on helping service operations achieve best-in-class levels of performance.Paul holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame where he majored in Accounting and minored in Philosophy, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Paul lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with wife Shelley and their four children (sons Gunner, Grant, and Grayson, and daughter Sam). In his spare time, Paul cheers the Irish on with fervor, works out to stay healthy, and attends his kids' various sporting events.
