How do I access the Doc Portal?
Go to WebPT Application and log in. If you’re a first-time user, you should have received an email prompting you to complete a free registration.
What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, go to WebPT Application and click “Forgot Password.” Follow the on-screen prompts and check your email for instructions on how to reset your password.
I was sent a document but can’t access it. What do I do?
For security reasons, you’ll need to retrieve a document within 24 hours of the time it was initially shared with you. If you’re attempting to retrieve a document outside of that 24-hour window, contact the sender and ask him or her to reshare it. Please note that recipients cannot forward the link to someone else; it is specific to that email address. So, if you’re attempting to open a link that was shared with someone other than the original sender, you won’t be able to
access it.
How long do I have access to my documents?
WebPT does not remove or purge documents from the Doc Portal, so you’ll always have access to them (as long as you first access them within 24 hours of the time you receive access).
How do I download or print a document?
Because each web browser is different, the easiest way to download or print a copy of your document is to:
- Right-click (or hold CTRL and left-click) on the file you want to access.
- Select “Print” or “Save As.”
- Follow the prompts on your computer to print or save the document.
If you’re using an iPad, touch and hold the document or image you want to save until a prompt appears; then, select “Save Image.” To print a document from your iPad, consult Apple Support to learn about your different options.
Can I delete or archive documents from the Doc Portal?
There is no way to delete or archive documents that you no longer need, although we’re working to develop this functionality.
