New ICD-10 diagnosis codes take effect on October 1, 2025, with several changes that impact rehab therapy, including:
WebPT will automatically update all codes on October 1 for services delivered on or after that date. Visit Discover to learn more, or view the full 2026 code set on the CMS website.
Starting this month, we've moved to a monthly release cycle for the WebPT EMR. This new cadence lets us thoroughly test updates, reduce the chance of system issues, and provide clearer communication about what’s changing. The Patient List Analytics report is an Analysis Grid style report used to view patient information, demographics, insurance information, case physicians, and patient statuses in the WebPT EMR. The report is particularly useful for tracking missing and expiring insurance policy dates, ensuring that patient records are always up to date. The Documented Units Report within Analytics offers members a comprehensive report incorporating data from SOAP 1.0 and 2.0. The report provides a detailed view of billable services by providing CPT code information, with the ability to customize the report by clinic, date range, and additional filters to see specific data segments.
