Plus, SOAP 2.0 notes are fully integrated. This means more accurate data at your fingertips, so you can confidently track progress and make informed decisions.
It’s essential that Medicare insurance type is selected before starting documentation in a case. There can be challenges with POC dates updating properly if an Initial Exam is created with non-Medicare insurance, then later changed to Medicare insurance before the note is completed.
If the POC dates are missing or not updating, there are two options:
Option 1: Create a Progress Note Recertification > Ensure Medicare Recertification is checked > Add Plan of Care Dates > Select “No Charge.”
Option 2: No Charge documents in current case > Recreate Documents in a New Case

From the EMR Dashboard , select View Schedule. On the Scheduler select Manage Calendars. The list of all clinic's public calendars are visible with options to the right of each name. Adjust the selection according to your preference. Don’t forget to save!
Yes: Calendar is selected to view on the scheduler.
No: Calendar is not selected to view on the scheduler.
Calendar Admins have additional options: Calendar Settings and User Permissions, Clinic Settings & Self Scheduling.
Navigate back to View Schedule, and confirm calendars are now available for calendar selections.
