Therabill Analysis: Insights from 1,100+ Clinics Like Yours

We analyzed over 1,100 Therabill practices and found three key areas where top performers excel at improving efficiency and cash flow:

Client Accounts Receivable: 76% of practices have room for improvement. Practices that maintain their AR over 90 days below 30% of their total client AR see more consistent income and reduced financial risk.

Insurance Accounts Receivable: 57% of practices have an opportunity to optimize cash flow. The most successful practices keep their AR over 90 days below 25% of their total AR, which is a key to maintaining strong cash flow.

Insurance Invoicing: 45% of practices can unlock delayed revenue. Every unsubmitted claim is delayed revenue. By submitting promptly, you can dramatically improve your cash flow and revenue cycle.
