WorldPay Integrated Payments:
Payments made through WebPT EMR with WorldPay can be transferred between cases for the same patient by submitting a Support Hub ticket. WorldPay payments cannot be moved between patients, so you’ll need to refund the original payment and reprocess it under the correct patient as needed and notify the patient. Payment Was Manually Recorded Workflow:
For payments that were manually recorded in WebPT EMR, to move the payment, you’ll want to delete the incorrect payment and recreate it in the correct case.
Please note: Only users with the permission “Edit/Delete Patient Transactions” can delete, edit, and refund payments as needed.
