Limber Integration

The Limber button now shows up in SOAP 1.0 for every clinic with Limber enabled. No MIPS setup or permission required. This means quicker, simpler access for all users, including Assistants, who can click straight from the patient chart into that patient's Limber record.

Reporting & Data Export

Patient list exports to Excel now come with a 4,000-patient cap to keep large reports running smoothly. A tooltip flags the limit on hover, and once a search hits 4,000+ results, the "Export to Excel" link disables automatically.

WebPT EMR Performance Improvements

This month, we focused on behind-the-scenes fixes to make the EMR more stable and reliable. We resolved an issue that could cause cases to be linked to the wrong patient chart, and fixed an issue where eBV requests using the Group NPI option failed because of clinic name length limits enforced by pVerify, our verification vendor.

Why does the reminder log display 'Will Not Send'? 

When the reminder log displays `will_not_send`, it signifies that the patient has opted out of receiving SMS text reminders. Typically, this occurs if the patient unsubscribed from text messaging alerts or replied "STOP" to a previous notification. Patients have the option to opt in.

Why am I having batch print PDF issues? 

If a print preview appears completely blank with no information populated during an EMR batch print, format mismatches among the selected records are the cause. This is often resolved by reducing the number of external documents included.

How do I activate appointment reminders? 

Checking the "Add Patient Reminder" checkbox will not send notifications if the patient was booked prior to turning on the Appointment Reminders feature in the EMR. Review the appointment for the Clock icon to ensure reminders are enabled.
