A recent Google AI update may cause patients with different phone area codes to see incorrect appointment times in the email subject line, although the body of the reminder email remains accurate.
To fix this, patients need to update their Google application, or update to the newest OS version on their cell phone.

Appointment Reminders statuses are recorded in the Reminder Log. If you see a message in the Reminder Log that states “Will Not Send” this indicates that a patient has opted out of SMS text reminders. The patient may have replied “STOP” or unsubscribed from text notifications.
Patients can re-subscribe for text Appointment Reminders by sending “START” to 385-786-8757. Once the patient manually re-subscribes, the Appointment Reminder system will update the subscription status and Appointment Reminders should resume.
With User Manager permissions, you can update the clinic access for other clinic members. However, you can only provide access to clinic locations that you also have access to. To update these locations, follow these steps:
