Want a faster way to spot trends across your practice? This Tip of the Month covers the Aggregate filter in Analytics.
Select a column header and click Aggregate to apply relevant calculations like sum, average, count, or maximum. This lets you quickly summarize large data sets, such as monthly visits or average claim values, without manual crunching.

Billing & Integrations
Facilities using the new RCM billing system will now see a "-" placeholder in the Balance from Billing System field. Balance data will be available in a future update. We've also improved our integrations with connected billing systems like Tebra or Kareo to help prevent duplicate or mismatched cases.
Clinical Documentation
Cases with accident-related diagnoses can now be saved even when an accident date or related cause is missing, eliminating the chance of save errors during case creation or editing. Additionally, in note previews containing an Outcome Measurement Tool, the "Previous Findings" section now consistently matches what appears after finalization.
Scheduling & Reporting
Calendar permission changes for users associated with multiple clinic locations now save and persist across all of their facilities. We've also corrected the Analytics History Report so that Patient Case Create and Update entries display the correct Patient ID, restoring the ability to accurately trace and audit changes to individual patient records.

Can I Delete A Finalized Note?
Since we are unable to remove or delete finalized documentation, the best option will be to mark this note as a No Charge Visit. The note will still be on the patient chart, but going through the Addendum steps ensures that all CPT codes from the note will be removed and it will not count towards the visit count. Where Can I Track Missed Notes?
The Missed Notes Report ensures notes are completed for each scheduled patient visit by comparing the patient name and case in a scheduled appointment to the patient name and case in the patient chart.
