Electronic Billing for USDOL is Now Available in Therabill
Therabill now supports the specific billing requirements for the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP).
In the past, missing USDOL-specific fields meant some claims had to be printed and mailed. This update introduces the necessary fields to get your submissions back into a faster, electronic workflow.
To resume electronic submissions, simply add your USDOL number in one or more of the following areas within Therabill:
Member (Billing Provider) Information
Service Facilities
Provider Groups
Once these fields are populated, you can submit USDOL claims electronically just like your other payers.

These reports now use a centralized data source that aligns scheduler events with visits, improving consistency across reports like Unit Visit Reconciliation and Missed & Open Notes.
This month, we delivered a range of enhancements and fixes that improve performance, increase accuracy, and enhance the usability of the WebPT platform.
Tasking & Workflow Management Strengthened task accountability by requiring reassignment of pending tasks before a user group can be deleted, helping ensure no work is left unaddressed.
Analytics Accuracy & Reporting Resolved multiple reporting issues, including default hierarchy gaps, incorrect visit counts, clinic misassignments, and authorization data inconsistencies.
How Can I Reset Multi-factor Authentication?
A User Manager (user with "view users" and "edit user permissions") in the clinic can reset a user's Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) and thus, change the phone number associated with their login, by proceeding with the below:
1. Select User Manager from the Clinic Name drop-down on the top-right-hand side.
2. Then, select Edit by the user you need to edit.
3. Next, select the MFA button to reset MFA.
4. Save User.
How Can I See Who Changed an Appointment on Scheduler?
The WebPT Scheduler History tool allows you to see who changed any patient appointment on the WebPT Scheduler Calendar. Use this auditing tool to review appointment action changes, cancellations, deleted appointments, check-ins/out, and potential errors in scheduling to help facilitate communication and education of your clinic staff. This tool may also be useful for tracking Workers Comp patient attendance history.
The WebPT Scheduling history reporting tool is available for any scheduled appointment date for up to 90 days and displays up to 31 days of results for appointments with an active patient case.
Time block scheduled events such as office meetings, lunches, vacations, or other non-patient appointments will not display in the Scheduler History. You can view a patient’s appointment change history for a specific appointment by hovering over the patient’s scheduled appointment on the Calendar in the WebPT Scheduler.
