eDoc - Patient record capture and archiving

WebPT eDoc allows clinics to upload external patient documents directly into the patient chart creating a complete Electronic Medical Record. With eDoc, everyone on your team can easily access all patient documents in one place, including:

PQRS reporting

By participating in the Medicare PQRS program (formerly called PQRI), each eligible professional within a clinic, which includes PTs, OTs, and SLPs, can earn up to a 0.5% incentive payment on their total estimated allowed charges for Medicare Part B Physician Fee Schedule for the entire year. This requires the completion of three “eligible measures” on at least 50% of your Medicare patients with claims based reporting or 80% with registry or EMR reporting seen during the reporting period. WebPT is one of only two PQRS Certified Registrant systems specifically designed for physical therapists.

Meeting PQRS compliance is easy with WebPT. Your therapists simply answer a few extra questions during documentation and the data is collected and stored for your clinic based on the specific measures chosen.
