  • Paul Winandy

    Paul Winandy joined WebPT as CEO in 2010 and leads the company operations. Over the course of his 20 year career, Paul has been an executive leader in four successful technology businesses, two of which were named to the Inc. 500 list and were later acquired by public firms.

    For several years prior to WebPT, Paul has been an active business advisor and angel investor in fast-growing technology companies. Before his advisory practice, Paul was COO of SkillSurvey, a startup web services firm providing online reference assessment tools. Earlier, Paul was director of strategic accounts for Khimetrics, a leading enterprise software firm specializing in revenue optimization that was later acquired by SAP. For over eight years starting in 1993, he was a Partner at Solutions Consulting, an IT consulting firm specializing in ERP and Supply Chain software applications, which was acquired by Perot Systems in March 2000.

    Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Bachelor of Science in Math from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

  • Heidi Jannenga, PT, MPT, ATC/L

    As COO for WebPT, Heidi is responsible for sales, product management, and customer support. As a co-founder of the company, she has led the vision for the product and all aspects of customer engagement.

    Heidi has been a practicing physical therapist for over 15 years and continues to complete patient care daily in Tempe, Arizona, splitting her time between clinical practice and WebPT. Her PT specialties include extremity post surgical rehabilitation, ACL prevention programs, and sport specific training. She has completed certifications in Manual Therapy from the University of St. Augustine, Athletic Training and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

    She has served on sports medicine teams for the Ladies Professional Golf Association, Phoenix Roadrunners hockey, Chicago Cubs baseball, Anaheim Angels baseball, and the Tempe Union High School District. She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1994 and has contributed many articles to industry publications.

    Heidi was a scholarship athlete at the University of California, Davis. Her interest in physical therapy was sparked following a knee injury and successful rehabilitation during her college basketball career. She started her career in Physical Therapy after graduating with her Masters from the Institute of Physical Therapy in St. Augustine, Florida.

  • Brad Jannenga

    Brad is a co-founder of WebPT and leads all aspects of technology, including development, systems and security. A veteran of the 90’s dot-com boom, Brad has held key roles in several successful technology companies. In 2009, the Arizona Republic named Brad one of the Top Entrepreneurs in Arizona.

    Prior to WebPT, Brad co-founded and led the software development, operations and manufacturing for a successful chain of eCommerce stores. Before his entrepreneurial ventures, Brad re-architected the technology and infrastructure for the worldwide roll out of Stewart Title’s SureClose system, while working for Realty Assist, a software development company in Carlsbad CA. SureClose is an online document and transaction management application that is used in 1 of 10 real estate transactions in the U.S.

    Brad also served as Director of Technology at Franchise.com where he developed a major version of the Franchise.com platform and co-created a patent for the electronic delivery of UFOCs. In addition Brad served Home², a software development company that was contracted by Shea Homes to develop an enterprise level online solution automating the new home sales process. In the early portion of his career he built a solid technical foundation while he worked for iVillage as the Senior System Administer of their eCommerce division, America Online as a Support Rep & Ace Hardware as a Systems Manager.

    Brad studied Management Information Systems & Philosophy at the University of Arizona and is a certified archery instructor.
