I’m a planner, lover of lists, and overall high-functioning control freak. That’s why this week’s product updates warm my soul. If you’re anything like me (come on, admit it), you also will appreciate the new features we’ve added to make it easier for you to manage your clinic, your way.
Conquer Compliance with the New PQRS Status Report
PQRS can be confusing for even the savviest of compliance experts. While we offer PQRS services to alleviate most of the headaches associated with PQRS, we know there’s always room for improvement. That’s why, based on Member feedback, we redesigned the PQRS Status Report.
The new and improved PQRS Status Report takes the guesswork out of monitoring PQRS compliance. Featuring a simplified design and better data organization—including the ability to filter by measure, therapist, and patient—this report makes it easier than ever to ensure your clinic meets PQRS requirements. Specifically, you’ll be able to:
- See who’s slacking. Quickly view the compliance status, progress-to-goal, and patient list for every measure and every therapist within your clinic.
- Avoid end-of-year surprises. Easily identify compliance gaps long before the reporting year ends. (Arrivederci, last-minute performance rate problems.)
We recommend reviewing this report monthly to ensure you’re always on top of PQRS compliance. Visit the Community for an in-depth look at this new report as well as reporting best practices.
Control the Patient Experience with OMTs
One of the biggest timesavers included in WebPT Outcomes is the ability to issue standard patient satisfaction questionnaires, such as “How satisfied are you with the level of care and service provided?”. And while many Members love the convenience of having patient satisfaction questions included in the digital OMTs, some Members expressed the desire to disable or remove those questions from their surveys. You see, some of these clinicians already solicit patient satisfaction surveys or feel uncomfortable asking those questions at the point of care.
Unfortunately, the option to disable patient satisfaction questions wasn’t possible at first. Now, though, Members can elect to remove patient satisfaction questions from the digital OMT forms. This company-wide setting allows for greater control over the patient experience. Keep in mind, however, that this setting is an all-or-nothing deal. If a company opts out of collecting patient satisfaction data, none of the clinics in that company will be able to access the patient satisfaction questions.
The product enhancements I’ve outlined above are part of WebPT’s ongoing effort to provide the rehab industry’s best software. To ensure we continue to do that, we’d love to hear from you. After all, Member feedback is what drives our innovation.
