Here at WebPT, we care a lot about company culture. In fact, we wrote the book on it. Well, maybe not the book, but we did write a book on it. We’re talking about our Team Commitment handbook, which details each of the six traits that define our company—the oil that keeps all of our gears in sync and moving smoothly, so to speak. But the effects of these tenets extend well beyond the walls of WebPT. Adhering to them helps us provide exceptional customer service, which in turn helps our Members achieve greatness in therapy practice. As such, we thought you might be interested in the laws governing the WebPT world. So, here’s a rundown of the six qualities we strive for every day at WebPT:
1. Service – Create Raving Fans
Our Members are the center of our universe. We are here to help them succeed, which is why we are so committed to listening attentively to their concerns and doing our darndest to come up with solutions.
2. Accountability – F Up; Own Up
Passing the buck is a cardinal sin around here. Pointing fingers only gets in the way of providing the best possible service to our Members. Yes, we’re human—just like you—and sometimes we make mistakes. But when we do, we won’t rest until we fix it. In other words, you can always count on us to make things right.
3. Attitude – Possess True Grit
Things don’t always go according to plan, and sometimes you’ve just got to grit your teeth and roll with the punches. As a rehab therapist, you know exactly what we’re talking about—we’re willing to bet your day rarely shakes out the way you think it will. Life gets messy sometimes, but you don’t let it get you down, and neither should we. Like you, we’ve got passion for what we do—and we’ll be here for you come hell or high water.
4. Personality – Be Minty
Only the infamous Grumpy Cat can get away with rocking perma-frown. We’re all about the spunky, the perky, the freshy fresh-y. Spirit is contagious, and we know our Members appreciate our service-with-a-smile approach.
5. Work Ethic – Be Rock Solid
You take pride in the amazing patient outcomes you achieve every day in your practice; we take pride in helping you be better in business so you can get back to focusing on those patients. We know you’ll do whatever it takes to help your patients meet their therapy goals, and that’s why we promise to do whatever it takes to support you.
6. Community Outreach – Give Back
WebPT wouldn’t have gotten to where it is today without a little help from some very generous folks, and we feel it’s our duty to pay it forward. Success feels good, but helping others find the path to success feels even better. So, we volunteer. We donate. We fundraise. We support community growth and entrepreneurialism. And we have a great time doing it.
