Kicking off the holiday season is the food-fanatic’s favorite, Thanksgiving. In the hectic preparation of the Thursday feast and family festivities, we took a moment to discuss what it means to be grateful. You can look it up in a dictionary, but it’s what you feel in your heart that matters most. We all have our own definition.
In the spirit of sharing, we wanted all of you to know some of the things members of our team are grateful for this season. Below you’ll find direct responses from our team.
“I’m incredibly thankful for my health and a great group of friends and family.” – Jenny
“I’m grateful for my family and my wonderful little girls.” – Matt
“Every day I’m grateful for all the important people, freedoms and opportunities in my life.” – Kathleen
“Very simple. My family and that I am currently four years cancer free.” – Mike
“I’m thankful for a lot of the little things. Being in Colorado; I’m thankful every time I walk outside and see the Rockies towering over me. It makes me thankful to be alive to witness all of the beauty.” – Paul F.
“For my professional life, I joined the ‘WebPT Family’ around this time last year. I’m thankful for the opportunity WebPT has provided me. Supplying a comfortable work environment where I can mesh with a strong collective of professionals focused on accomplishing common goals.” – Ryan
On Monday we gathered the “WebPT Family” to share a meal together (see the photo above). And as we think about Thanksgiving as a company, we recognized that our members are very much a part of that family. When discussing what it means to be grateful, Tom, our Director of Marketing said it best, “For me, putting food on the table is a privilege for my family. This makes me appreciate our members. After all, they pay our salary. They allow me to put food on the table for my family and they even allow me to help others who perhaps could only dream of a Thanksgiving dinner.”
Thank you for your support, encouragement, and ideas. WebPT is grateful to all of you.
