| WebPT utilizes an easy to use, familiar interface to ensure that you and your staff can effortlessly adopt the program into your daily routine. Our training team will enable you to learn how to appropriately use the application so that your precious time can be maximized. |

| Live Online Training |
You and your physical therapy team will complete a live, interactive online training to walk through every aspect of the EMR (Electronic Medical Records) Software. This training usually takes less than 1 hour to complete. Training will include online demonstrations and trainee practice as well as time for questions and answers from your instructor. By the end of the training, you will understand how to use WebPT to maximize the effectiveness of your documentation and compliance within your clinic.
After the training, you will be assigned an Implementation Specialist (IS) who will be your hand-holder for the next 30 days as your clinic adopts the program. Via phone and email, your IS will answer any questions you may have. |
| Support |
If you have any questions once the training is completed, Technical Support and Member Service is included in your Membership plan. We offer a toll free support line which will make sure you are able to resolve any issues immediately. There is also an online knowledgebase with articles and instructions to help make you and your clinic more efficient in using the physical therapy EMR software. We pride ourselves on providing a great product for physical therapists and we want to make sure the program allows you to work effectively. |
