How long will it take for our staff to be trained? |

We have meticulously designed WebPT to be very user friendly even to those who may not consider themselves to be computer savvy. Training is very quick and your entire team can usually be trained in about 1 hour. We offer online live training, which allows your staff to move through the program, learn how to use all of the functions, and ask any questions you might have. You have the option for newly hired staff to take the online training or to simply learn from your other Therapists. A short online tutorial will be required for all new users due to password initiation for HIPAA compliance. Our support team can always be reached via email or toll-free phone with any further questions once your training is complete. |
