Using Kareo and WebPT

When Kerry and Emilio Simon-Tov set out to open their own private practice, they knew they needed a system that was affordable, accessible, and easy to use. After hunting for possible options they found WebPT and quickly implemented the system. WebPT was an instant success in cost and time savings, while at the same time increasing the quality of their documents.

Kerry and Emilio wanted a system that allowed them to continue with WebPT for documentation, low implementation costs, and ease of use. After many demos, sales brochures, and hard pitches, Kerry found no options that met the needs of her practice, so she asked WebPT what options were available for a billing solution.

At that time, WebPT was finalizing an integration with strategic billing partner, Kareo. Kerry and Emilio investigated and found the Kareo system easy to use and affordable. The best part about the system for Archer was that it was cloud-based, not client hosted, just like WebPT.

 I feel like I have much more control of the practice management aspect of the business with WebPT & Kareo now because of the ease of creating claim encounters and the speed at which I can submit my claims electronically. 

After establishing the integration with WebPT and Kareo, the Archer Physical Therapy and Pilates Institute finally felt they had the products they were looking for. They have digital documentation, automated billing, and robust practice management all at their fingertips on the Web.

 We find that there is far less redundant data entry, and less time that our therapists have to spend filling out charge vouchers, and ensuring they match the notes precisely. This of course eliminates billing errors.
