Can you believe it? Today is the last day of October. That means it’s the last day of National Physical Therapy Month for 2011. On this final day we want to wrap up our celebration with a final message. Our very own Marketing and Events Coordinator, Jenny Walters, has a special message to all physical therapists out there.
Earlier this month, Jenny actually shared her experiences with physical therapy in this blog post.
We just want to wrap up by saying, thank you again to all PTs for all that you do. At WebPT, we don’t stop celebrating your work with the close of National PT Month, we keep celebrating how you change lives every month of the year. It’s another lovely morning here at WebPT and we’re excited to bring you yet another video message. We believe it's important for you to connect faces with the many familiar names at WebPT. More important is for our PT members to know that we're grateful for all they do. As part of our ongoing celebration of National Physical Therapy month, we sat down with our Director of Sales, Matt Wolach. October is National Physical Therapy Month! That means that for an entire month the industry we love gets some attention from the media and the public. Awesome! This year, the APTA is focusing on sports injury prevention across the life span. For more official information about National Physical Therapy Month, check out this site by the APTA.
For us, it’s all about saying two simple words, “thank you.” Without getting all touchy-feely, we recognize that without all of our members, we wouldn’t be here. You matter to us. We appreciate your business and what you do to care for society. Many of us have personally benefited from the patience and expertise of physical therapists. We’ve been patients and/or many of our family members have benefited from physical therapy. So, thanks for all that you do.
To celebrate, we’ve put together a video campaign of WebPT employees (and even the village chiefs) sharing stories about physical therapy. They will make you laugh; they will make you cry (tissues please!). Make sure to check in each week for a new video.
Today we’re getting started with Jake, our Member Support Manager. Jake is Mr. Dedication. He’s up before the sun for our members (literally, he’s at the office at 5AM).
