Software Quality Assurance Engineer
Software Engineer
Responsibilities: The PHP Software Engineer will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and debugging existing application code.
- Assisting with the design and deployment of new features.
- Managing software updates, and system dependencies.
- Researching and understanding problems from the perspective of the users.
- Performing application support duties as needed.
Qualifications: Ideally, the PHP Software Engineer will possess the following key skills:
- Knowledge or experience related to medical software
- Fluency in JavaScript
- Experience with Zend Framework
- Experience with Zend Server
- XML/XSLT/XPath

Software Quality Assurance Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Work as a member of a cross-functional team including quality assurance testers,software developers and product management
- Create and execute manual test cases for defect corrections and enhancements toensure system functionality satisfies acceptance criteria
- Perform manual regression tests
- Submit errors and issues to software developers and retest once errors have beencorrected
- Create and maintain automated test suites using open source tools like Selenium andPHPUnit
- Develop automated user interface tests for new and existing web based screens
- Analyze automated test results and report issues
- Assist software developers in designing test cases for unit testing
Requirements:
- Experience testing web based applications
- Experience designing, coding and executing automated test scripts
- General knowledge of software development life-cycle and QA methodology

- Schedule repairs for various contracts
- Documenting standards, resolutions and procedures in the knowledge base
- 3 or more years experience supporting Microsoft Windows (Windows 7 Professional)
- Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 and LibreOffice 3.4
- Moderate knowledge of wired and wireless networking protocols
- Shoretel VoIP Phone experience helpful
- Some experience with Linux (CentOS or Ubuntu) is preferred

Responsibilities:
The Billing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with processing billing claims, including:
- Prepare and submit clean claims to insurance companies
- Answer questions from patients, customers, and insurance companies.
- Identify and resolve customer and patient billing issues
- Review accounts regularly for insurance or patient follow-up
- Review accounts for possible assignment and also prepare information for the collection agency
- Perform various collection actions including contacting patients by phone, correcting and resubmitting claims to third party payers, etc.
- Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtain any missing information
- Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe
- Check each insurance payment for accuracy and compliance with contract discount
- Call insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary
- Identify and bill secondary or tertiary insurances
- Maintain strict confidentiality; adhering to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations
Qualifications: Ideally, the Billing Specialist will possess the following key skills:
- 5+ years experience in various billing / front office roles with expanding responsibilities and career progression
- Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes
- Knowledge of insurance guidelines especially Medicare and Medicaid
- Past experience processing billing for Physical Therapy clinics (highly preferred)
- Experience with a variety of medical billing software technologies
- Prior customer support experience highly preferred

Responsibilities: The Customer Account Representative will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve success with the WebPT application:
- Onboard new customers to the WebPT system
- Assist in data conversion, training and customer development activities
- Introduce new functions and features to the customer base
- Respond to a variety of technical and non-technical inquiries
- Politely and pleasantly handle customer complaints / issues
- Resolve system and data related questions directly
- Escalate challenging issues to the next level of support
- Train new users on the system functions, making sure client is optimizing software
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with the customers
- Maintain customer retention and loyalty by establishing relationships
Qualifications: Ideally, the Customer Account Rep will possess the following key skills:
- Previous customer support experience preferred
- Willing to prove themselves in a merit based culture
- Hands-on experience with online meeting software and web conferencing tools
- Comfortable with technology systems, web tools and general technology components

Responsibilities: The Trainer will be responsible for training our growing customer base on WebPT applications:
- Train new users on the system functions
- Develop additional course work for future products/services
- Maintain training schedule and refresher course work
Qualifications: Ideally, the Trainer will possess the following key skills:
- Previous technical application training either classroom style or on-line
- Ability to develop or enhance existing training programs
- Ability to teach a variety of students (doctors, nurses, office managers, medical billers)
- Attention to detail and organized
- Willing to prove themselves in a merit based culture
- Hands-on experience with online meeting software and web conferencing tools
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
