      • Rock the mic like a vandal—not just in karaoke, but in all forms of communication, i.e., talk well and write good stuff.
      • Be organized, ahead of schedule, communicative, accountable—in short, own your role entirely, while being open to critiques, suggestions, edits, and new ideas. (See bullet point about “tight-knit, highly collaborative team.”)
      • Let’s talk culture: energy, integrity, positivity, a hunger for knowledge, and a passion for marketing. Bring all that and a bag of chips. Seriously, we love chips.

    • Marketing Automation Specialist

Responsibilities:  As the WebPT Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overarching strategy for our marketing automation platform with the objective of generating and nurturing leads.

      • Maintain our e-marketing database (customers and prospects).
      • Develop segmentation strategies and deliver our marketing content through email and other digital initiatives.
      • Manage, report on, and improve upon revenue forecasts within Pardot.
      • Architect and continually optimize the WebPT marketing funnel within Pardot.
      • Create and maintain a scoring system that reflects our marketing and sales process.
      • Throw business casual to the wind. We want casual-casual. Rock flip flops and jeans. We don’t care, so long as you do good work and enjoy yourself.
      • Get ready to fly by the seat of your pants. This role is ever-evolving—just like our team and our marketing strategies—so while you don’t need to be Cirque du Soleil flexible, we may once in a while ask you to do a few back bends, or at least try some things outside of your wheelhouse.

Qualifications:  For this position, we’re looking for a candidate with a background and degree in marketing or a related field with experience in marketing automation and CRM. Additionally, this candidate should demonstrate the following qualities.

      • Adore Pardot and know it like the back of your hand.
      • You’ve got experience with and an appreciation for email marketing and social media—B2B background a monumental plus.
      • Know HTML and CSS —maybe not like a second language—but enough to get by with the natives.
      • Be experimental—and not like it’s the 1960s. We’re talkin’ hypotheses, experiments, analyses—and a lot of it...over and over and over again—all within Pardot.
      • Love to laugh. If you take yourself too seriously, then avert your eyes from this description now.
      • Know how to roll up your sleeves. We have a lot of brass tacks here, and we like to get down to ‘em.
      • Play really nice with others. We’re a tight-knit, highly collaborative team.
      • Jason Fried and David Heinemeier Hansson’s REWORK is on your bookshelf or library card or Kindle—whatever, anywhere—just make sure you’ve read it.

      • Bring all that and a bag of chips. Seriously, we love chips.

      • Analyze sales statistics and metrics to assess your department’s performance, and take corrective action as necessary.
      • Establish performance goals for all sales department employees, and continually monitor their progress, appraising individual performance and taking corrective action by counseling, mentoring, training, and disciplining sales staff as necessary.
      • Generate performance and exception reporting to monitor the sales team’s performance.
      • Oversee all hiring, training, personnel development, and termination of sales employees.
      • Work with the executive team to develop the strategic sales objectives for the company.
      • Maintain open communication with senior management and stakeholders regarding the sales team’s performance and strategic plans.
      • Work closely with the marketing department to coordinate campaigns, events, and special promotions.
      • Coordinate sales operations with all other departments and relevant company stakeholders.
      • Seek out and target new customers, create new sales opportunities, and establish meaningful relationships with WebPT customers and prospects.
      • Attend various industry conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to generate new leads and attract prospects.

Qualifications:  We are seeking an innovative, resourceful, results-oriented leader for this hands-on role. In addition to digging into details and dealing with nitty-gritty transactional issues, this person must be able to articulate the company vision and overall strategy on a global level. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:

      • Proven leadership skills, including the ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve company and team objectives.
      • Ability to work confidently within a close-knit management team. This candidate will be accustomed to a high-energy, innovative, fast-paced organization characterized by open and frank dialogue.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as impeccable customer service and sales skills.
      • Desire to create a truly exceptional customer experience.
      • Understanding of small business growth strategies during periods of significant change and expansion.

      Are you in?

As an integral part of WebPT’s management team, you can help take our sales team to the next level, guiding them through a period of rapid growth and transition. We offer competitive compensation, full health benefits, three weeks of paid vacation time, and a fun, dynamic, and challenging work environment. But what we really offer is the opportunity to be a part of something special, something extraordinary. We’re doing big things in the physical therapy industry and making a name for ourselves in Phoenix. Want to reserve your seat on a rocket ship?

Headquartered in the historic Warehouse District downtown Phoenix, WebPT has been recognized for its unique company culture, commitment to success, and explosive growth. In fact, we are the fastest-growing software company in Arizona and the fastest-growing EMR in the country, and we recently were named #231 on Inc. Magazine’s list of the nation’s 500 fastest-growing companies. Last year, Phoenix Business Journal named us as one of the Best Places to Work as well as one of the Valley’s Healthiest Employers, and CareerBuilder has named us as one of the Top Companies to Work for in Arizona for the last two years.

    • Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:  As the WebPT Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for taking prospective customers all the way through the sales life cycle until they sign up for the WebPT application. You will use your discretion and independent judgment to determine the qualification status of each prospect and whether he or she is worth pursuing.

      Additional Responsibilities:

      • Determine the appropriate sales activity the prospect requires, and schedule the appropriate follow-up steps, including demonstration, proposal preparation, and final sale.
      • Answer questions from prospective customers about the software application.
      • Prepare and send sales proposals.
      • Work with prospects to explain the benefits of WebPT and close sales.
      • Follow up with prospects to address questions and objections, and nurture the prospect throughout the sale process.

      • Contribute to defining the configuration, policies, and procedures for sales-related components of SalesForce.
      • Keep all contact information up-to-date in SalesForce.
      • Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales department, and support the reps and their goals.

      • Throw business casual to the wind. We want casual-casual. Rock flip flops and jeans. We don’t care as long as you do good work and enjoy yourself.
      • Get ready to fly by the seat of your pants. This role is ever-evolving—just like our team and our marketing strategies—so while you don’t need to be Cirque du Soleil flexible, we may occasionally ask you to do a few back bends or at least try some things outside of your wheelhouse.

Qualifications:  For this position, we’re looking for a candidate with a background in sales, who’s cool under pressure with patience to boot. Additionally, this candidate should:

      • Know WebPT inside and out, including the actual application, all of the add-ons, and basic Member concerns such as Medicare regulations.
      • Love sales funnels (maybe even more than funnel cakes).
      • Understand SalesForce. We’re not saying you need to be a Jedi when it comes to the Force—SalesForce, that is—but solid knowledge is a must. (Bonus points if you’re familiar with Pardot or other marketing automation software.)
      • Be one with the interwebs. (Understand the capabilities and limitations of each major web browser.)
      • Juggle many complex projects, all with strict deadlines, simultaneously. Bonus points if you can actually juggle like a real circus performer.
      • Be organized, ahead of schedule, communicative, and accountable—in short, own your role entirely, while being open to critiques, suggestions, and new ideas.
      • Exude confidence. Know your stuff and talk about it accurately and honestly.
      • Be more than a mouthpiece. Actively listen to prospects and customers, and intelligently overcome objections while developing meaningful relationships.
      • Rock the mic like a vandal—not just in karaoke, but in all forms of communication (i.e., talk well and write good stuff). We’re talking impeccable communication skills. You’re representing WebPT, after all, and we take our brand seriously.
      • Know how to roll up your sleeves. We have a lot of brass tacks here, and we like to get down to ’em.
      • Let’s talk culture: energy, integrity, positivity, a hunger for knowledge, and a passion for sales and customer service. Bring all that and a bag of chips.
      • Seriously, we love chips.
