A/R Medical Billing Specialist

Responsibilities:   The A/R Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with A/R medical billing claims, including:

  • Identify and resolve customer and patient billing issues.
  • Review accounts regularly for insurance or patient follow up.
  • Review accounts for possible assignment and also prepare information for the collection agency
  • Perform various collection actions including contacting patients by phone, correcting and resubmitting claims to third party payers, etc.
  • Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtain any missing information
  • Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe
  • Check each insurance payment for accuracy and compliance with contract discount
  • Call insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary
  • Identify and bill secondary or tertiary insurances

Qualifications:  Ideally, the A/R Representative will possess the following key skills:

  • Recent hands on medical billing experience.

Billing Success Manager

As the Billing Success Manager for WebPT, you will serve as the liaison between Member clinics and the billing department. In this role, you will work with your team to identify problems and develop innovative solutions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate clinics on WebPT standards and protocols.
  • Work with the accounts receivable team to address issues and find timely resolutions that improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Consistently review, rework, and resubmit unprocessed claims and denials to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze reimbursement from all sources and maximize cash collections by monitoring all open accounts receivable balances.
  • Maintain and enhance billing policies and procedures while ensuring staff adherence to policies and HIPAA compliance.
  • Assist with payer contracting processes.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and performance reviews for direct reports.
  • Assign duties to billing team members and monitor the department’s productivity.
  • Stay on top of third-party billing requirements and reimbursement principles.

Responsibilities:  As a Content Producer, you’ll be part of the content team within WebPT’s marketing department. In this role, you will:

  • Partner with other marketing team members to conduct audience research and develop personas.

Director of Sales

The Director of Sales is responsible for the overall sales performance at WebPT. We are looking for a creative, entrepreneurial leader with plenty of hands-on sales experience as well as a flair for managing strategy and handling complex sales-related issues. Ideally, the candidate will have worked in a fast-paced, high-growth technology firm, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Set annual goals for each sales segment and determine expected sales volume and revenue for new products.

Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist in the WebPT Billing Department, you’ll complete day-to-day tasks associated with accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve all billing issues.
  • Use Excel, Access, ODBC, and SQL to analyze and prepare reports. 
  • Monitor the claims feed report daily for failed transmissions or other issues and correct any errors that you find.
  • Serve as liaison to Members, the billing department, and the clearinghouse.
  • Provide technical support.
  • Identify and resolve all issues related to failed EDI transmissions.
  • Conduct a monthly sweep of claims feeds for clients and assist with end-of-month financial reporting.
