Responsibilities:  The Marketing Director will be responsible for day-to-day management and execution of the marketing strategy, including:

HTML/CSS Front End Developer

Overview:

WebPT is seeking a passionate programmer looking to have a lasting impact and to be part of an innovative software company. We are seeking a Front-End Developer for solutions using HTML, JavaScript/JQuery, CSS and PHP. This position will be responsible for interacting with our development staff to ensure a clear, efficient approach to delivery, quality in all work, and scalability with well thought-out approaches. This person will report to the Director of Software Development.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking UX and UI designs and bringing them to life within our applications and web properties
  • Writing clean, solid, W3C valid, accessible, cross-browser compatible, readable code without the use of a WYSIWYG
  • Providing expertise and initiative while maintaining technical direction during discovery, planning, and implementation stages
  • Working with our back end development team supporting them with front end coding to extend functionality or support User-Experience (Design) direction

Project Manager

Overview:

WebPT is seeking a Project Manager to run cross-departmental projects for WebPT. This will involve identifying, creating and organizing cross-functional teams as you lead the definition, execution and implementation of a variety of initiatives. Projects may span anywhere from 4 to 16 weeks with 2 to 10 resources. This person will work for the Director of Development/Product Management.

Teamwork and collaboration are key as you operate with great ability, organization and insight. We are an Agile shop, but we aren't looking for an Agile Nazi. We'd rather have someone who can communicate extremely well, earn the respect of his peers and who knows when to stick to the plan and when it's time to veer off course.

All of this can be done in a pair of flip flops or loafers; doesn't matter to us. What matters is your work ethic and your positive attitude. The Project Manager will drive projects to deliver against pre-set schedules, escalate and resolve issues, and communicate project status toward goals among cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is someone who has worn a few hats and has prior experience with a software development start-up. We are looking for great people to join our team and be given the freedom to do the work they were hired to do.

Responsibilities:  Oversee projects from inception to launch; including requirements gathering, user acceptance, coordinating implementation across internal and external teams, and post-launch support

  • Build and manage team relationships
  • Manage cross-functional teams; cultivate positive team interaction, and coordinate effective communication such as leading meetings to ensure success on all projects
  • Keep everyone on schedule by communicating well and letting them know what is being asked and when it's due

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of project management experience. Internet industry experience preferred

  • Onboard new customers to the WebPT system

  • Respond to a variety of technical and non-technical inquiries
  • Politely and pleasantly handle customer complaints / issues

  • Assist Billing Specialists in researching medical claims
  • Research and verify customer insurance contracts
  • Identify and resolve errors in customer data input
  • Review error report daily and follow-up
  • Assist with new billing customer onboarding
  • Call insurance companies if necessary
  • Maintain strict confidentiality; adhering to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations
